Hi,
I have some questions related to H1B transfer. I recently got transferred to H1B from L1. The H1B was filed by the same company. My COS happened few days back. I am now planning to switch to a new employer on H1. My questions are :
1) How long should I wait before I can switch to a new employer?
2) How many H1 pay stubs would be required for the transfer? I have been hearing that normally 2 pay stubs is the standard.
3) Since I am with the same company on H1 as I was on L1, Is it OK if I use my previous pay stubs and switch immediately ?
