Seeking Work authorization for H4 visa

Hi,

I am currently on H4 visa.I have few questions mentioned below:

1)Can I fill I 765 form or I 539 form available on USCIS to apply for work authorization so that i can work legally work in US.

2)Also pls explain me the purpose and who can fill the I 765 form or I 539 form

3)Is there any way I can work here legally or apply for work authorization.

On an H4 you are not eligible for filing the I-765 application for Employment Authorization Document (EAD). The only way for you to legally apply for work authorization is either get a GC which depends on your husband's eligibility, OR you can find an employer who is willing to sponsor your H1 and convert from H4 to H1.
