Hello,
Please help me out here.
I have valid H1B visa and I am in India. While applying for my H1B visa, my LCA was tied to Client "A" location. Now my employer wanted me to travel for Client "B" and my employer is in the process of changing my LCA from client "A" to "B" location (as both are different clients and different State). In order to get new LCA posting completed, it will take another 15 days and I am planning to travel then. Concurrently, I am in the process of applying H4 for my wife and child. As my LCA initation and posting is in progress, I am planinng to utilize the LCA that was issued to me under Client "A" to be the supporting document for my dependent visa. Will there be any issue? Will the VO know that LCA change in work location is in progress for myself when my dependents go to the interview?
