I am Indian citizen currently holding Indian passport and I lived in UK for 10 years and I applied for UK naturalization and my application got approved and I will be getting UK citizenship in 2 months and as per Indian law I can not hold dual citizenship so i have to let go my Indian citizenship . But my question is If I apply H1B petition by 5 April 2013 and once i get UK passport in 2 months can update my UK passport on my H1B petition which i filed with Indian passport.
