Hi,
Please help me on this issue if anybody ever had the situation like me.
I will have my H1B expire in Dec-2013. My employer is ready to apply for an extension for me as well GC but haven't applied yet and the current year H1B application acceptance by USCIS has been started for the year 2013-14. I have following questions;
1. Is H1B extension has any quota ?
2. Do I have to apply within any time frame or with regular application e.g. April 1st, 2013/2014?
3. How long before I have to apply for an extension ?
4. If I have not used all of my H1B period then can I get that period reimburse ? if yes, then what form should I fill out for it ?
