I was under an H1B with a university, went to India in 2011 and got it approved/stamped (it is valid until 2014).
I transferred the H1B to another university later in 2011(after returning from India) and am planning to go home in June/July.
I have a couple of questions:
1. Do I need to go through the whole interview/approval process once again since I changed employers?
2. I found that the visa appointment scheduling process has changed since 2011. Do they still open up the available dates only a month in advance?
