Got an Offer from US Company - Chances of petition and consular approval?

Hi All,
I got an offer from an US company and they are willing to do my H1 under cap exempt(i stayed in US for 1 year and returned) . What are the chances of USCIS approval and Consular stamping approval?? Can i proceed with them?? Before filing do i need to fill any forms?? I remember filing DS 160 while appearing for stamping, but do we have to fill I129 ourselves or the attorney would take care of it?? Please share your thoughts.

Nobody can predict the decision. It depends on how genuine this company is and if they have a real job waiting for you. The petition will be filed by your employer or their attorney. You may need to sign the I-129 as a beneficiary and the company may have their own forms and contracts that you may need to sign.
Visa application (DS-160) will come after petition gets approved.
