H4 stamping and h1b approval

Hi I entered USA on L2 visa, then I got my status changed to H4 with new I94 valid till 9/30/2013. Now I have H1b approved with new I94 with effective from 10/1/2013.

I am planing to go to India in May 2013 and return by to USA August 2013. I have below questions,

1)Is it ok if I got out of country as I will be required to do H4 stamping?
2) I will be going for H4 stamping before August 2013 as my visa on passport is still L2. Will that affect my H1b approval?
3) my currect H4 I-94 and petition is valid only till 30 Sept 2013, will there be any problem in stamping as h4 I 94 will be getting expired in just few months.
