Hi,
My employer filed my H1B in year 2012 and i got the petition approval in December 2012 after an RFE in my case.
USCIS approved my petition for 1 year only and it is valid from December2012 to December 2013.Though my petition was filed for 3 years visa. I have the copy of my Petition filed and the approval notice copy also.
I got my Visa stamped now in April2013.
Please tell me how can i get my Visa extended beyond December 2013?? Is it possible on same petition or my petition will get void after December 2013??
Kindly suggest proper legal solution.
