Does "Blue Cross Blue Shield" BCBS of Maryland or Washington DC sponsor H1B/ GC?

Does "Blue Cross Blue Shield" BCBS of Maryland or Washington DC sponsor H1B/ GC? I interviewed with them and have an offer letter at hand but not sure they will hire H1-B transfer candidates. Have anyone been in this situation? I applied for GC with my present employer, I-140 approved but still a long way from getting EAD...please help.
