can we change the company during h1b transfer process

Hi all,

I was working for company A on h1b... now joined company B on h1b receipt.... Company B filed H1B transfer in regular basis.. still H1B is not approved yet... Now I got one more goood offer from company C.. is it possible to join company C? Can I submit company B's pay stubs for proof? will it create any problem ?
