Hi all,
I was filling up the forms online for H4 visa online in Chennai and one a screen pops up saying if an answer is a yes to the questions listed, my wife is eligible for visa exemption. The situation is my wife is visiting India and has I-94 as dependent. The last visa was also a H4, my H1 being with the same employer as the current one, which expired in Jan 2013 i.e less than 12 months ago. My wife's last visa was H4 stamped during the last visit to India, expired again in Jan 2013. Should she again go for visa stamping in person or what exactly if the procedure now? Please help as I am utterly confused.
