Hi,
I got my H1B visa in Oct 2008. As my employer could not find a placement, I converted back to H4 visa within a month's time. Now I found an IT job in a company and am looking to activate my H1 visa. I am planning to go via a new employer. The employer tells I need to go for stamping to get my H1 and also need one month's paystub. It is very confusing. Please let me know how to activate/ transfer my H1 visa. Thankx in advance.
