1. Currently I am on H1B .I changed company one year back,they transfer my visa but they did not transfer my wife & child's visa. I got a notice from INS two week back,they revoked my wife & child's visa .my concern is could my dependant apply for visa ? Are they are currently out of status .

2. Also my chid's passport is valid currently ,it will expire after 6 month . Can I file for extension of stay ( I-539) for my child ?

3. Do I need to renew child's passport first ?
