H4- Employer Change

Hi
I am presently working with company "A" and took H4 appointment for my wife. The interview at consulate is Mid of October. Now I got offer with company B and they are going to file H1 transfer for me. Will it impact anyways during my wife's visa? Do I need to send the new H1 transfer papers? New Employer may file H1 transfer in next week, but it may take some time to accept. So Is it enough to send receipt number?
Any help in this appreciated.

You can send the transfer Co. H1b papers if by the time she goes for the interview, you are able to get the approval. Otherwise, she will have to go with Co.A papers.
