H1b visa approval with F in transcript with request for evidence (RFe)

I recently completed my masters and got a job in a field for which i have an F grade in a related field.
My employer filed for H1b but i got RFE. I am worried a bit because my job is directly related to the course in which i got F due to copying an assignment( professor accused me of plagiarism). However my overall Gpa is still quite respectable due to double the number of A's compared to B's.

will the F affect my H1b approval.
