Transfer child on H4 from one H1 holder (dad) to other H1 holder(mom) while in US?

Hi -

During the initial travel, dad had initiated dependent VISA for daughter (H4) and she is with us (mom and dad) here at US. Now is it possible to transfer daughter's H4 on to her mom H1?

Both dad (me) and mom are on H1.

Any suggestions and pointer? much appreciated
