Hi All,
In 2010 my h1b visa was denied at hyd consulate due to in-house project from ABC company. Later I came to US on H4 visa in 2012 and transferred my H4 visa to H1 visa to another XYZ employer ( used my old h1 petition filed my ABC company to avoid cap). I got new I-797 from XYZ employer. Since then to till date I'm working with this XYZ employer. But today I received a mail from USCIS that my old petition was denied. Will this effect my current H1B status becuase my current employer transferred old H1B petition filed by ABC company.
Please suggest.
