Is FY2014 H1 lottery process over ??

Hi ,
My employer has applied for my L1B to H1B conversion in FY2014 cap, Till today I didn’t have any update on lottery of my application.
When I asked my employer they replied me (24-May-2013) “Since the lottery status is announced only in batches and as per USCIS we need to wait until July/August 2013 for an appropriate update”
Can anyone tell me
Is it true that USCIS announce the lottery results in batches ??
Is FY2014 H1 lottery process over ??

If the petition was accepted in the lottery, your employer should have received a receipt notice by now. The approval/denial decision can take 2 to 3 months in regular processing.
