  • Travelling to canada with new H1B employer and passport is stamped with old employer.

I am planning to go to Canada for 5 days in Jul first week this year. I have changed my H1-B employer and now new 797 approval is valid till Feb 2016.

My passport is stamped with previous employer valid till Sept 2013 and new I-94 is valid till Feb 2016.

Can someone please suggest me if I can make Canada trip without any issue and will get valid stay till Feb 2016?

    Thanks
    G

Yes, that's fine. Since this is under 30 days and you are not visiting any other countries, you will not even be required to submit your I-94. You can keep the same I-94. You may of course need Canada's Visa.
This is my opinion and not legal advice.
