Status change - L1 to H1
I recently applied for status change from L1-A(Blanket) to H1-B. The application was accepted on the 10th Aug and I received the LIN number. I have two questions. Kindly help me.
1)From when the status change comes into affect.
2)I am currently with an Indian employer, will they know in anyway about my status change.
