Can anyone help me.
I got my H1 visa approved this month.

How soon my wife can appear for her H4 and when she can enter US ?

How many days prior to h1 visa start date i can appear for my H1 interview and how many days prior to 1 oct 2013 i can enter US ?

What documents i would require for interview for me and my wife ?

Both of you can apply for your Visas up to 90 or 120 days before Oct 1. (I don't remember if it is 90 or 120, but you can check with consulate or assume 90 to be on the safer side).

You can travel up to 10 days before Oct 1 and start working on Oct 1.

If my wife wants to appear for h4 alone than how soon she can appear is it 90 days or 30 days prior.. If it is 9o days than she can appear for her interview after 1 st week if july.
