H1 Stamping Appointment Cancellation

Hi,

I was planning to go for H1 stamping in Ottawa, Canada. For that I had booked an appointment for me and my wife in visa center after completing DS160 and paying the requisit fee. But due to change in plan, I am no longer going for stamping and I need to cancel the visa appointments for me and my wife. I logged into visa center website using my account and canceled the appointments.

Is that the only thing I need to do in order to cancel the appointment or I need to take any other action to make sure that the visa appointments have been cancelled for me and my wife?

Please provide your valuable inputs on this.
