Yes you should go to your country's embassy asap to report this. Also, file a report with the local police.
Please take copies of your passport/visas which will help you (hope you have an electronic / hard copy).

First, go to the police. You'll need the report to get your new passport, probably. Hopefully you have scans of your passport and visa, or copies. They will be helpful to fill in the forms.
