Dear all,
I am working for Company A. I am working as a chemical engineer for them for last 4.5 years. Company A has branches in different cities around the world. Company A has transferred my pay-roll from its one branch in CO to another branch in AZ. Both the branches have different tax-id number.
Should not they have transferred my H1B to do that? The company is a bona-fide Fortune 500 and has its own immigration attorney.
