H1 b extention possibility

My i-140 denied

appeal filed and pending with aao

h1-b extension now filed.

My understanding is that since my i-140 appeal is pending , i am entitled to get h1-b extension

am i right ?

No, the appeal gives you no legal status.
If you have already used the 6 years of H1B, extension will not be possible unless the I-140 gets approved.
