Hi,
I worked with an IT service based industry earlier (software engineer) and had to travel to USA on L1-B.
I was in USA for 1 year (2012) and I got my SSN and drivers license there.
Due to family reasons I have to come back to India and now again have to go for H4 initiation as my husband went to USA on H1B.
My H4 visa appointment date is 28th June 2013,Kolkata.
I heard H4 visa stamping are getting delayed by the consulate and also the applicants are receiving Pink Slips if the dependents are over qualified.
Is this true? Is there a chance of Rejection of H4 visa?
