Hi,
I am from India. I am in USA on Full-Time H1-B since September 2006 until October 2012. During this time I went to India thrice and did visa stamping on my passport without any problems. Due to funds problem, now my salary is reduced to half, so my salary is now around $28000. My labor and I-140 were approved in 2011, and my priority date was March 2011. Now again I have filed for my h1 extension for an year as my current H1 expired on 30th April 2013 with new (half) salary.
My question is when I go India for my visa stamping will I have any problem? My employer told me to take all the savings statements, and my husband's salary statements to show substantial income proof. I do not know when can I be getting my full salary. Please let me know if there is any risk involved for my India travel?
