H1B Transfer - please help (urgent)

I have approved H1b petition in 2012 April BUT NEVER GOT H1B STAMPED AND travelled to USA. Is it possible to transfer THE CURRENT h1b from company A to company B without having SSN and US-Paychecks(never H1B stamped and never worked on H1B)

Yes, You can do that. All you need to do is, find a new employer, provide your H1 approved petition copy, and they will take care of you.

Once, your transfer done, you can travel with your new approved petition and old visa stamped on your passport (with ur current company name on it).
