  • No Relieving letter and Experience letter from previous employer.

    Hi,

I changed my employer in June 2005 and got my H1b transferred in new employers name. Now i m travelling to india this year end. My Visa from previous company expires in July 2006. One option is I can come on the same visa and show my new H1b Approval at the point of Entry.Second one is to go for VIsa relvalidation in India. The only prpblem is that when i left my previous company i did not get any relieving letter and experience certificate, as the top Indian consulting companies do not let you leave in US. You have to leave on your own and they dont give the exp letter and releiving letter.
Now my question is has anyone come across this experience and I would say yes as so many indian leave these top indian consulting companies. SO if there is anyone, please do pass me on your experiece if you have gone for a Visa revalidation and didnt have the experience ceetificate and relieving letter. I will appear in New delhi consulate. Is there any work around for this.
Please let me know. Any help, i would really appreciate.

    Regards,
    Aminder..
