Travel to Mexcio in spite of DUI

Hello, I recently got my first and hopefully last DUI and I already had my court date, paid all the fees, started with my three month program but I have 4 more classes to attend before I am done with the program. Next week I want to go to Mexico with some friends for a couple of days and I was wondering if anyone knows if I might have a problem to get back into the US since I am not done with my program yet? I live in California and have currently an H-1B visa.
