Valid Visa and extended i-797 - Visa Stamping Required?

Hi Friends,

My H1 visa stamp in passport is valid until Dec-2013. But i got a latest H1 extension (approved) which is valid until Mar-2014.

I am travelling to in India in Aug-2013 and returning in Sep-2013.

Now do i need to go for stamping while coming back to USA?

Is my visa stamping is still enough to enter USA?

What i need to explain at port of entry about stamping and new I-797 petetion?

No need for a new stamping, just tell them, that the extension is approved, and you have an extended I797 and would like an I-94 corresponding to that.
