H1B visa is under processing and my passport is getting expire in Jan 2014.
Dear All,
My H1B visa is under processing and my passport is getting expire in Jan 2014 and so can you please
suggest on below questions.
1. Is it advice to go for stamping with the present passport? OR
2. Should I get my passport renew and then attend the interview with new passport? OR
3. Get stamp on the present passport and can I fly to US with 2 months of valid passport.
PS: I had stayed in US for more than 2 years.
