H1B Transfer - Same company

I have an approved H1B visa with my company I am currently working with.

Due to recent reorganization of our department, we have some new opportunities coming up and I am qualified for one of the new Job opening. If I am offered one of the new job, which would have a significantly different job description as compared to my current one, what would I have to do notify USCIS regarding this?

Do I have to file for H1B petition again?

Any help will be appreciated...
