Hello Sir,
My application for H1B was approved on Oct 2008. But due to personal obligations did not proceed for stamping so far.
USCIS has reopened the case and sent my notification on Feb 2010.
When I check the case status as of today based on the receipt number issued by USCIS, it sill shows as approved (Post Decision Activity).
On enquiring with the Support Line, they said that I797 has been sent to the Attorney of the company who has filed on my behalf.
My queries are:
1. Is my H1B visa still valid for me to proceed for stamping with the employer who has applied on my behalf ?
2. Can the same be used with another employer to process the application ?
3. Will it cause problem if I initiate a new H1B application process ?
