H1 to H4 (Change of Status) - Need urgent Help

Hi,

I need to apply the change of status (COS) H1 to H4 for my wife. Few friends told me that we can apply this in online. But when i go through the below link , didn't find H1 to H4 can file in online. is this recently changed ?


Is any one applied COS in online recently ? Please let me know. that would be really helpful for me.
