Stay in H1B visa

Hello,

I was in L1B visa between 2010 June to 2012 Feb, 2012 March to 2013 April and 2012 July to 2013 Jan for period of (20 + 1 + 6 =) 27 months in Total. If I travel to US in H1B in October 2013, how long can I stay continuously in US after that, 33 Months (60 -27) or a Total of 60 months?

Any help will be appreciated.

L1+H1 max stay can be 6 Years if there is no 1 Year gap and teh petition is not filed after staying outside US for 1 Full year.

So if your calculations are right, you can stay 33 Months. Even if you get a visa and I-94 beyond 33 Months, I wouldnt recommend staying beyond 33 Months without consulting a good immigration attorney.
