Two H1B are expired -renewal plz

Dear All
Am rajesh, Indian resident, i was issued 1st time a H1b visa on 27th Aug 2007(exp 16 mar 2010) from Organisation A, i was in USA for 4 months then came back to India to work on the same Organisation in 2008,

i was applied for fresh H1B visa from a consultation B then it got approved and issued on 23rd jan 2009(exp 8july 2011) the 1st visa was cancelled but am continuing working with my old organisation in india , now both visas are expired,

I would like to go for exempt and transfer the visa with my Organisation A only , is it possible , plz guide

Yes. You don't need to go for a new visa stamping unless it expired.

Visa expired

My both visas are expired now , iam working with my 1st employer(old) in india, now i would like go for renewal, can my first employer can do for renewal(whos visa was cancelled and issued new one, even that was expired)
plz help
