Hi,
I am holding USA visa, valid till 2006.Actually, I have plan to go to my home country & my family will come back later some time.

My question is ,do I/my family need to attend for Visa again over there or we can come back without attending for Visa.?

What kind of visa is it? Was it stamped in your passport outside US? and is this validity till 2006 as per the I 94?

1) My visa type is H1B.
2) Yes, I got stamped outside US.
3) As per I94 I have the validity till Oct'2006.

Hi,
If you have valid visa on your passport too till Oct 2006, you can get back to the US within the expiry of this period without having to apply for a new H1B Visa.
