NEED HELP:- 4 times F1 rejected,but going for H1b

hi friends,

My Interview is next week.
Last year august,I was rejected F1 visa 4 times.
This year september I am going for H1b visa interview at chennai.

I am really tensed. I dont know what to do.

Will he(officer) ask about rejections last year, if so what should i tell?
what r the other possible questions he will ask?

Please me help me out.

Hi,
You will have some questions on the F1 rejection, and you should be prepared to boldly answer it. H1B visa will be evaluated on its own merits. Be sure to carry good documentation and answer well to all the questions which will revolve around educational qualifications, current and prior work experiences, and employer (H1B petitioner) in the US. As H1B is a visa which eventually allows you to settle legally in the US, you really do not have to show any intentions of coming back.

Every visa is evaluated on its own merit. The F1 rejection should not bias the VO against your H1 application. Be prepared to answer questions on the F1 rejection and as long as you answer them truthfully and your H1 documents are in order, you should get your visa issued
