I have quitted the job in USA, which sponsor me the H1B VISA. And I have returned to my own country. However, my H1B VISA actually will expire on mid 2006. Is my H1B still valid for travel to USA from now to mid 2006?

It depends on whether your ex-employer has taken any steps to get your H1B cancelled.
