I am filling out the appointment form for my wife.
So the principal applicant will be H1 B visa holder that should me right ???

In the field for petitionr's name : I have to write my employers name who sponsored my H1B visa. RIGHT ???

Please help !!!!

My employer who sent me a employement verrification letter does not mention I am "permanent/temporary" employee.
Do the employement verification letter really need to have on it.

If not than I need to get a new one ?
