H1B working for old employeer

Hi all,

I have two quick questions

1) I have recently changed jobs, and my new employer has filled for an H1B transfer petition (just the papers have been filled). In this case would my old H1B be still valid ?

2) If I decide to come back and work for my old company do we need to file for a new H1B transfer petition or can i just start working without any additional paper work based on my old H1B?
