I-797 has different name and my passport has different .. HELP !!!

Hi sir/ma'am,

My name is shubham chand, My I-797 has name " Chand, Shubham" but in my passport it is wriiten as:-
surname :- BLANK , given name :- shubham chand

my DS-160 and Visa appoitment cofirmation letter have name as " shubham chand, FNU "

I'am worried would that make any issue during visa interview due to mismatch ?? I don't have time to file an amendment for H1B's name
