Can I get a copy of I797 document from USCIS with only receipt number

Background:
In 2008 my petition for H1B got approved, but I don’t have I797 H1B document with me as employer didn't shared with me. Currently I am in India.
All I have is my receipt number which employer sent .USCIS site still shows as approved.
Right now I am not in touch with the employer who filed for me in 2008.That employer is not responding anymore. But I came to know that approved petition can be used by any other employer within 6 years of approval i.e. before October 2014.
Questions:
1. Can I get a copy of I797 document from USCIS with only receipt number?
2. If yes, how can I get it please tell me the procedure?
3. Can any employer reach USCIS to get my H1B copy?
4. Can any immigration lawyer reach USCIS to get my H1B copy?
5. If so how many days it will take to get a copy of I797?

Experts please help me with your suggestions.

I am also in the exact same position as yours.. Me too need a copy of my I797 which was not shared by my previous employer.

Please let me know if you were able to get your I797 copy and how?

No, you cannot. The petition and the approval notice belong to the employer.
