Hello,
I completed my degree at the end of April 2013. I applied for OPT and put the start date 06/25/2013 on my OP application. I received my EAD card with the start date as 08/08/2013. I haven't find a job yet and am thinking to change my status to H4. I think the 90-day unemployment would end on Sept 23. I have only 3 weeks left before that 90-days would finish. My question is, should I leave the U.S. and apply for a H4 visa, and wait for the process; or can I stay in the U.S. without violating the immigration rules?
