H4 to H1 Visa stamping first time canada

Hi ,

I came here on H4 Visa in August 2011 ,Where as i got full time job in American company as IT Administrator (they sponsored h1b) in may 2012 since then i have been working with them.

Now my question is,Should i go for stamping in canada for next year.I had done masters in UK not in USA.
