H1 Transfer Stamping

I am Currently in India, I have transferred my H1 from Employee A to Employee B and have got the I797 from my new Employer.

I need to go for H1 Stamping for the new employer; What documents should I be carrying with me for the interview & Will the interview be similar to a new H1 stamping?

I have been underpaid during my H1 with my previous employer due to medical reasons, Do I need to produce these documents as supporting documents to the VO?
