  • H1b stamping in canada

    Hi,
I was issued H1B on sept 2008 but i came to USA on July 2011 before H1B expire & further got extended till Sept 2014.
I have moved to company B with H1 & H4 transfer successfully on 1st July 2013. My qualification includes Graduate from india with 11+ experience with 2 years of USA experience & rest in India.
I am planning to visit india.
    My questions are,
    1) Going to canada for stamping, is it a good option? (Since I have recently changed my employer)
    2) I do have B1/B2 visa, in case if I get stuck during stamping can I enter USA with B1/B2 & family with H4 ?
    3) Any suggestion or recommendation ?

    Thanks & Regards,
    srp26.

    Hello,

My personal opinion. I have heard of cases where Canada stamping has worked for people. If you do not have too many layers between your visa holder and your end client, stamping from India also might not be bad.

But, in my personal experience, people find Canada stamping safer.

Personal Opinion. I am not a professional on Immigration.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,
