New born baby visa

I want to get an H-1B visa and my spouse wants to get H4. My spouse is pregnant and I think that in the middle of the process of obtaining visa ( after interview) my new baby will be born. Therefore, I have a question, Does we need to repeat all the process of obtaining visa again or no?

You would obviously need to get a new passport for the baby after birth. And subsequently apply for visa. But the baby need not attend the interview.
